NOW STARTING OUR TWELFTH YEAR

This spring will mark the beginning of our twelfth year. Thanks to you, our customers, each year has seen growth and changes.

In year three we added our first truck, a 1928 Model A Ford. As demand grew over the years, we added two more trucks; a 1917 Model T Ford and a 1935 Ford. Last year the fleet got its newest vehicle, a bicycle cart, giving us the ability to serve ice cream at all events for groups of 100 to 1000 people.

In our seventh year we created a new flavor to celebrate West Virginia Day. The new flavor, Mountain State Delight (Bear Chow), caused quite a stir and we received television coverage from all over the state.

In 2002 came our greatest moment. We were chosen to represent the United States at the International Taste of Washington, D.C., an event at the National Cherry Blossom Festival. At this event we served ice cream to people from all over the world, with our ice cream being one of two foods from the United States.
